A focused, four-to-five-hour ceremonial journey guided through the Indigenous Medicine Wheel to support balance of spirit, body, heart, and mind. Each experience is tailored to your health assessment and intentions, held in our Vancouver studio or office.

Perfect if you’re curious but not ready for a full ceremony, or if you want a shorter, lower-cost option. This journey is held in our Vancouver studio or office.

2-Day Medicine Wheel Retreat (Fri–Sun)
A weekend immersion designed to reconnect you with nature, community, and self. Guided by a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Guide, two Indigenous Elders, and two helpers, this retreat blends teachings, ceremony, and integration grounded in the Medicine Wheel.
Typical flow

Mini microdose session (45–120 minutes)

One full medicine journey (4–6 hours; individualized)

Preparation, smudging, and intention setting

Sound bath or breathwork

Flower bath with maternal wild rose lineage medicine

Post-session integration circle, smudging, and ceremony

Water purification dip or sweat lodge (as available)

Healthy meals, beverages, and snacks all weekend

Camping accommodation (with or without tent) on Shuswap Lake (Sunnybrae) or a private retreat centre in the Lower Mainland
