​1-Day Medicine Wheel Journey (4–5 hours)

A focused, four-to-five-hour ceremonial journey guided through the Indigenous Medicine Wheel to support balance of spirit, body, heart, and mind. Each experience is tailored to your health assessment and intentions, held in our Vancouver studio or office.

Mini Microdose Medicine Journey (2 hours)

Perfect if you’re curious but not ready for a full ceremony, or if you want a shorter, lower-cost option. This journey is held in our Vancouver studio or office.

What’s included

  • 2-hour Mini Medicine Wheel Journey

  • 1 preparatory session

  • 1 integration session (post-journey)

  • Access to Q Retreats’ online Integration Program

  • Studio/office location (transportation via transit, taxi, or rideshare required)

  • 1 person: $500

  • 2 people: $850

Interested in a private group ceremony?
Email info@qhealing.ca with your preferred Friday, Saturday, or Sunday dates and guest count, and we’ll design a ceremony tailored to your group.

2-Day Medicine Wheel Retreat (Fri–Sun)

A weekend immersion designed to reconnect you with nature, community, and self. Guided by a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Guide, two Indigenous Elders, and two helpers, this retreat blends teachings, ceremony, and integration grounded in the Medicine Wheel.

Typical flow

  • Mini microdose session (45–120 minutes)

  • One full medicine journey (4–6 hours; individualized)

  • Preparation, smudging, and intention setting

  • Sound bath or breathwork

  • Flower bath with maternal wild rose lineage medicine

  • Post-session integration circle, smudging, and ceremony

  • Water purification dip or sweat lodge (as available)

  • Healthy meals, beverages, and snacks all weekend

  • Camping accommodation (with or without tent) on Shuswap Lake (Sunnybrae) or a private retreat centre in the Lower Mainland

Also included

  • Health & readiness assessment

  • Integration Journal

  • Online community space for ongoing integration

  • Monthly group integration on Zoom

Rates

  • Camping retreat: $1,250–$1,650 per person depending on location

  • Private retreat centre: $2,400–$3,300 per person depending on location

  • Indigenous sliding scale & scholarships available
